(eg. I need 12 copy of that report by 6 am ...), and sorry, we don't have time to chit-chat.
2. have your file ready in PDF format.

3. we only provide ON-LINE PRINTING SERVICE,
NO WALK-IN. NO WHILE YOU WAIT.
4. Book your job ahead - we understand last minute changes, but BOOK your job first.

btw, Because we came from an offset printing environment (25 years strong), we can do both coated and uncoated paper, oversize, bleed, "thick cover", from 1 copy to many many copies.

Color Copying & printing
Every copy shop can do Color Copies, but when it comes to "I must have this printed before Sunrise" that's a different story. There is no failing point.
